We want you to feel calm and confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


7-Day Returns

You may request a return within 7 calendar days after your order is marked as delivered.

  • Item condition: Must be new, unused, unworn, and unmodified.
  • Complete set: All original packaging, tags, cards, and accessories must be included.
  • Match to order: The returned item must match the order and any included identifiers (if any).

Return shipping

  • Change of mind: Return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • Our mistake / confirmed quality issue: We cover return shipping where applicable.

Requests made after 7 days are generally not accepted. If an exception is approved, return shipping applies and a 30% restocking fee (item price only, excluding shipping, taxes, and duties) may apply.


Items Not Eligible for 7-Day Returns

Custom-made items (e.g., special sizing, custom combinations, engraving, or other personalized requests) are not eligible for 7-day returns once production has started.


Quality Support & Repairs

If your item has a quality concern upon arrival or within a reasonable period, please contact us with clear photos or videos. We will assist with repair or replacement where applicable. If neither is feasible, we’ll work with you on a fair resolution.

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos

We typically reply within 1–2 business days (holidays and peak periods may take longer).


Natural characteristics: Natural gemstones may show unique inclusions, veining, or color variation. These are natural features and not considered defects.
