This Returns & Refund Policy (“Policy”) forms part of the Terms of Service of Grove of Aura (“we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by this Policy.
1. Scope & Applicability
This Policy applies to all purchases made through the Grove of Aura website and shipped internationally. Certain rights may vary depending on your country or region of residence. Where local consumer protection laws provide mandatory rights that cannot be waived, those rights will prevail to the extent required by law.
2. 7-Day Return Window
Subject to the exclusions below, you may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.
- Return requests must be submitted in writing to our support email.
- Items must be shipped back within the timeframe specified in your return authorization.
- Returns received outside the authorized window may be refused or processed under the exception rules in Section 5.
3. Return Conditions
- Items must be new, unused, unworn, unmodified, and in resalable condition.
- All original packaging, tags, documentation, accessories, and included items must be returned.
- The returned item must match the original order and any product identifiers, where applicable.
- We reserve the right to document the condition of returned items upon receipt (including photos or video).
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, except where required by applicable law:
- Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products (including special sizing, combinations, or engraving) once production has started.
- Items showing signs of use, wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.
- Items returned without original packaging or essential components.
5. Exceptions & Late Returns
Return requests made after the 7-day window are not guaranteed to be accepted. Where an exception is granted at our sole discretion:
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- A 30% restocking fee may be deducted from the item price (excluding original shipping, taxes, and duties).
- Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method only.
6. Quality Issues, Repairs & Replacements
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue upon arrival, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photos or video evidence. Upon verification, we may offer, at our discretion, a repair, replacement, or refund.
For verified quality issues, we may cover reasonable return shipping or replacement shipping costs where applicable.
7. Natural Materials Disclaimer
Many of our products use natural materials, including gemstones and crystals. Natural characteristics such as variations in color, pattern, inclusions, texture, or shape are inherent to these materials and are not considered defects. Product images are for reference only and may vary from the actual item received.
8. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
- Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless required by law.
9. International Shipping & Duties
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are non-refundable. Returns delayed or refused by customs may impact eligibility for refunds.
10. Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a dispute or chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution may delay the refund process and affect future support eligibility.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grove of Aura shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified in our Terms of Service, without regard to conflict of law principles.
